Control where data is stored

Enable the user to control where data is stored.

Notifications

Generalize the notification system. For most clients we should start using PUSH (pubsubhubbub) instead of STOMP but certain deployment models (eg mobile clients) may need to use other notification mechanisms.

Key management for encrypted BT in the tracker

Federation

Make it possible to run multiple Lobber instances. Perhaps connect them up with federated social web.
